The Meaning Behind the Name: Mezzimatic

While Goblies is the name of the product, the company name is Mezzimatic LLC. Mezzimatic was originally Messimatic to represent the “mess”y play customers would experience with Goblies. I decided to change it to Mezzimatic with Z’s to represent my grandparents Sam and Joan Mezzacappa. My grandmother always encouraged me to be creative and I would paint with her. My grandfather was always an entrepreneur; he ran a construction company, he ran a restaurant and he also wrote a book of songs, called “Your Own Song to Sing.” They both passed away when I was a junior in college two weeks apart.
